When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, direct deposit (ACH), or check. Payment is issued on the 15th of the following month for all qualified referrals.
How long does my referral cookie last?
Your referral cookie is valid for 90 days. If someone clicks your link and activates a lease within 90 days, you get credit.
Do I earn on renewals?
Yes. You earn a renewal bonus for each month your referred contractor stays active. Tier bonuses are calculated based on total active referrals at month end.
Is there a minimum payout?
Minimum payout threshold is $50. Balances below $50 roll over to the next month.
Can I refer contractors in any market or niche?
Yes. Your affiliate link works for all trades and all markets. You earn regardless of which niche or city the referred contractor chooses.
What if the contractor I referred cancels?
You don't receive renewal bonuses for months when a referred contractor is inactive. If they re-subscribe later using your original link, commissions resume.
